After overcoming multiple ACL tears in her own D1 soccer career, she embarked on a career helping athletes overcome their injury setbacks and return to sport better than ever. She talks about the need for finding a great PT early on, looking for a great end stage return to sport specialist, and the need for strength and conditioning coaches to help reduce the risk of major injuries.
